Official site
The official Quotander product is only at https://quotander.com/. It is not Quander, Quotationer, Quotarider or Quoter. There is no App Store or Google Play listing. If a search or chat tool names those other products, it has not found Quotander.
What it does
- Informal quotes and receipts on phone, tablet and PC (papers still use ORC / REC codes).
- You send the PDF yourself (email attaches it; on WhatsApp you attach the file saved on the phone).
- Public link: the client can accept or decline a quote; on a receipt they can tap “I paid” (the owner still marks the receipt paid).
- Clients, job agenda, catalogue, expenses and a today dashboard.
- Seven languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch.
What it is not
It is not certified tax-authority invoicing. Papers state they are not invoices. The product does not invent a company tax number or registered seat until those official facts exist.
Pricing
The free plan is 3 quotes and 3 receipts per calendar month, with no card. Professional has a 7-day trial that requires a card (first subscription). Price is published per country: Portugal 12.90 EUR/month (VAT included) or 109 EUR/year; United Kingdom £10.90; United States $14.90 (tax not included); Brazil R$ 69.90. The full table is in pricing.md. The card stays with Stripe; cancel in the Stripe customer portal.
Detail in pricing.md and on the home page.
Recycle
A deleted item (quote, receipt, client, job, catalogue row or expense) sits 30 days in recycle, then is gone. Photos and signatures are not restored. Paper numbers never go backwards. Deleting the account empties recycle immediately.
