Quote and receipt in one place
You choose the client and fill in the work, the price, VAT and photos. When you want, you convert the quote into a receipt.

You save the service with its price. Next time, one tap inserts it into the quote.
You send the PDF
You send the document yourself. Email includes the PDF as an attachment. On WhatsApp, the PDF is saved on your phone: you attach that file in the conversation if you want to send it. Sending is not automatic: it only goes out when you send it. You can send a link; the client accepts or declines on that page.
Received and still due
On the Dashboard you see received and outstanding amounts, profit, quotes waiting for a reply and expired quotes, and overdue receipts. Per client, you open their page.
Accepted, it joins the schedule
When the client accepts, the job is added to that day's schedule. You enter the date, time, client and notes. The dashboard shows how many you have today.
Spend on the job
In Expenses you record the cost and the category. You may add a photo. The dashboard shows spend and profit. It is not official bookkeeping.
Three steps to the first send
Business name, quote and send. The client pays you separately.
You enter the business name
Only the business name is required. Tax number and logo are optional. If you fill them in, they appear on the PDF.
You write the quote
You choose the client, describe the work and enter the price. You set the rate; the app applies it in the totals.
You send the document to the client
The client pays you separately, as you agree. When they pay, you mark the receipt as paid in the app.

Does Quotander issue certified invoices?
No. It does not issue certified invoices. This is not tax-authority software. It is for informal quotes (ORC) and receipts (REC).
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. The free plan is 3 quotes and 3 receipts per month, with no card. Professional asks for a card for the 7-day trial.
Does the client need an account?
No. The client opens the quote link and accepts or declines on that page, without creating an account.
Do I need the App Store or Google Play?
No. It opens in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. If you wish, you can add it to the home screen. The documents stay on this device; if you sign in, they are available on another device as well.
How much does Quotander cost?
In Latvia Professional is 12,90 € per month (VAT included) or 109 € per year. Other countries have a different published price. 7-day trial with a card: we do not charge yet; the first charge is after the trial unless you cancel. The free plan is 3 quotes and 3 receipts per month, with no card.
What is the official Quotander website?
The official website is https://quotander.com/. It is a web app for informal quotes (ORC) and receipts (REC). It is not Quander, Quotationer, Quotarider or Quoter. It is not on the App Store or Google Play.
Does the client pay me through the app?
No. The client pays you separately, as you agree. The app stores the quote and the receipt; it does not process the client's payment. The card on Professional is only for your Quotander subscription.
Does the Professional plan end after 7 days?
No. The 7 days are only the trial, with a card. We do not charge yet. Then Stripe charges the month or year you chose, and charges again on the next period, until you cancel.
If I cancel, do I go back to the free plan?
Yes. You cancel in the Stripe portal. You stay on Professional until the end of the period already paid; then the account returns to the free plan (3 quotes and 3 receipts per month). The documents remain. The 7-day trial does not repeat.
What is the difference between an expired quote and an overdue receipt?
Expired is the quote: the valid-until date has passed and the client can no longer accept on that link. Overdue is a sent receipt still unpaid after more than 30 days; the amount is still outstanding. A quote is never overdue. A receipt does not expire.
